Join Embodied Yoga instructor, Brenda Weiler for this 6-week online grounding series. We will learn specific breathing patterns to promote a sense of calm and to reduce anxiety, practice movements and poses which emphasize the lungs and large intestine as well as restorative poses for deep rest, learn self-massage techniques for the head, neck and face, connect and be in community with others who are on this journey of greater awareness, work with journaling prompts each week to create more space for growth and trust.
This 6-week series runs Sept 9- Oct 21 (no class Oct 7).
