Heal Sista, Heal! is a virtual event dedicated to the nurturing and healing of Black women. Through choreography inspired by the Nia Technique, you will explore healing through movement with Black Belt certified specialist, Dr. Shondrika Moss-Bouldin (bio). Joining her is licensed counselor Kim Wilson, who will lead a talk session and Q&A.
