You are invited to celebrate the Chinese New Year with us, with Nia, & with the inSpirit community. The Chinese New Year, also known as the Lunar New Year or Spring Festival, is a time to celebrate the coming spring and year with food, family, festivities, and cleaning out the old. It occurs on the 2nd New Moon after the Winter Solstice and in China, is a National 7-day Holiday. This year we are ushering in the Year of the Tiger - with traits of confidence, courage, ambition and justice. For although Tiger's are highly competitive they are also generous in their desire and action to help others.
Jasmine & Hsiu-Hui will be offering this Nia class celebration from opposite sides of the globe.
Hsiu-Hui Chen, a 1st Degree Nia Black Belt, will be teaching from Taiwan and Jasmine Lok, a 2nd Degree Nia Black Belt & 3NGT, will be teaching from the United States.
Colorado's Mountain Time at 6pm on Friday 1/28/22 is Taiwan's 9am on Saturday 1/29/22-- we think it works out perfectly!
Please join us for this international Nia class and Chinese New Year Celebration. All levels and all people are invited.
