Christine (she/her) is a Certified Hanna Somatics Educator, Web and Graphic Designer and Social Media Marketer. She has previously taught as a Nia Technique Blue Belt Instructor and practiced for 12 years as Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master. With her cumulative professional experience in the fields of movement, energy-work and bodywork Christine loves to play in the realms self-care and self-exploration.

Christine was introduced to Hanna Somatic Education through a fellow instructor and within the first class she was amazed that her chronic low back pain was gone. She quickly knew that this practice was the missing piece in her toolkit of movement medicine.
