To reflect on time together, to explore and create a sense of timelessness in us - through sensations, heart, and inspirational archetypes?

Join Minna Aalto, 1st Degree Black Belt and artist, for a 3-part playshop that invites you to look at time and existence through the lens of the Dreamspell, a time-tracing structure inspired by the ancient Maya. Learn about - or be reminded of - "Natural Time", the cyclical nature of things and be inspired by a personal mythology unfolding. We will keep it light, playful and interactive! Each 2-hour session contains a classic Nia class.
